Since 1997 we were making gingerbreads for Christmas and New Year holidays. Gingerbreads can be more than just a sweet treat or a holiday decoration. Gingerbreads are a great way of Season's Greetings and make a wonderful gift. Since 2010 we started to make decorative gingerbreads for other occasions throughout the year such as Valentine’s Day, Easter and Halloween.
